  I have used the car wash at lock n store on several occasions but last week the no touch drive through damaged my pride and joy. After emailing Richard he was very quick with an apology and thats about it. He has made no effort to to resolve the matter. I have had my car repaired at my own expense and they wouldnt even refund my $20. So my advice when it comes to this business - Buyer beware because if you have any issues it will not be dealt with in a professional manner.

  The customer service of the lady that runs the car wash is appalling. She works as the reception desk at the Lock 'n' Store. This lady started swearing at me for washing my muddy four wheel drive, despite me saying several times I was going to clean the bay (not swearing at her once), I just needed to park to do so (being polite). I spent over $30 dollars there and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Still said "what the f*** do you think you are doing c***?" as I walked out to clean the bay. Honestly appalling, my girlfriend looked in horror as this went on as she honestly could not believe her eyes with what was coming out of this ladies mouth

  The staff member Ana was so helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Only had to ask & it was done. Facility is fairly new & well looked after. Storage units are all kept very clean. Vehicle hire service next door is convenient. They have truck hire rates very cheap on Mondays & Tuesdays. We had to have the contents of a deceased estate put into storage for over 12 months & are more than happy with the Service, security & cleanliness we received.
